This will force the script just after Sarge has been killed to run and Ronnie will interact with the terminal and open the door. For now, to bypass the bug, go down into the armory cell and kill Sarge, teleport Ronnie Shaw to you with the prid and moveto player command, then SetStage Min03 570 while standing next to the terminal next to the door.
